Jonnie-jon’s outta cash and his Freqon chip is completely screwed after a wreckless binge of binders and wilberforce the night before. He needs a new chip before the Mad Bionix concert tonight. Together Harley and Jonnie-jon head to the Gracelands Mod-Mall. Whether you’re after some neuro cosmetics, pigment tinting, muscle grafting or the latest in brain computer interfaces, Gracelands is definitely the best place to get your cheap hoogie mall jobs.

A fine Saturday afternoon in Nawlz City. Harley and Jonnie-jon meet at Harley’s mum’s apartment to help her move in her new Carrington Elixir Pod. To escape the mundane nature of the task, Jonnie-jon remains Freq’d onto his Real where Peaches Lurver and the whole Super Sonic Lovers Club are bustin’ titties and shakin’ asses.

Jonnie-jon the goddamn fiend has already consumed the first batch of binders. As a result of his reckless act of hedonism, Harley now has to go hassle Skyman for a second batch.

Skyman's Hand in collaboration with Hiro Tsuri
Issue #9 features illustrations by guest artist Hiro Tsuri. Hiro is a Japanese artist currently residing in Australia. He has the patience and style of a master zen monk, fittingly I have assigned him the task of bringing life to Skyman (who is also a bit of a monk, in a techno-spritual kind of way).
You can check out more of Hiro’s work at http://www.onethousandcans.com
