First day back at work, Harley takes to the seedy streets of Metzer Lane to escape the suffocating stillness of his mundane apartment.

What really happens when you deadlight? You force you’re brain circuitry into an artificial flux to the point of overload. It’s like switching on a thousand light bulbs at once. Then one day they all blow and they’re not so easy to replace. You’re brain is stripped back to a basic operatiing level and reduced to primal instinct, what I call, the Raw Analogue. – Harley Chambers
Big thanks to Matt Leaf-Tierney for his nintendo-ess Golden Years track. ‘Tis very mesmerizing, puts my head in the 8-bit clouds. And the usual thanks to Jordan King of Speakerwrath for bringing the technological darkness to the streets. There’s lots of seediness in this episode, I think Jordo felt right at home. Also, keep your ears open for the very last track of the episode. We’ll be releasing that shortly as a single titled ‘String Theory’. I’ve been listening to it it all week, very cruisy, very addictive. I’ll keep you all posted - Mr Sutu

The Mad Bionix forums have lit up. Everybody’s asking, who’s responsible for the train crash? Meanwhile up in the hills of the Nawlz District 5 Greenbelt, Skyman receives an unexpected visitor in the middle of the night.
Mad props go out to Hiroyasu Tsuri for his incredible Skyman illustrations. This collaboration made my job way more exciting. It’s always nice to see how someone’s interprets your story. And usually I’m not too excited about colouring, but this made my job way more interesting.

Also, BIG thanks to Michael Fitzgerald (my good ol’ astro physicist buddy – the guy’s a goddam geniass) for his help co-writing the “Awakening Sphere” Theory. You’ll be hearing more about that as the story moves along… oh yes. Check out Fitz’s blog here.
Also a BIG thanks to Garry Cotton for his help colouring the city scenes. I learnt a lot a lot of cool lighting tricks during these little jams sessions…

And, as always Speakerwrath nails another crazy soundtrack. Look forward to our first NAWLZ EP, coming out real soon! I’ll keep you posted.

Without a Sleeper Real and freqon chip to occupy his time, Harley is struggling to deal with his own mundane existence.
“I swear my brain doesn’t work all day, then at 2am it finally decides to come to life. No genius thoughts tho’, it would rather just spew up sum trivial bullshit.” – Harley Chambers

And more powerful then ever! At the end of 2009 we teamed up with the internet masterminds known as SWARM. The SWARM kids have been running amok in the internet playground for years. I’m feeling pretty confident this season’s collaboration is going to push the Nawlz experience to another level. So KY your ear holes folks, prepare for the mind fuck!
My apologies for the delayed launch. I went overseas for 6 months, did all kinds of crazy shit but never hurt myself once. Then, in the week I returned home to Australia, I passed out when I was taking a piss and cracked my head open on the tiles. I ended up in hospital, got eight stitches to the skull and fucked my neck up real good. Anyways… I’m back in action now and got energy to burn. Let’s do this!
